Passwordless login simplifies access by sending a one-time code to your customer's email, eliminating the need to remember passwords and ensuring easy access to your support tools.

1. Customers enter their email address.
2. A four-digit code will be sent to their email address.
3. Customers input this code to access their accounts.

Logging into Tapcart

While Status offers a convenient login experience without usernames or passwords (for up to 6 months), Tapcart requires a password. Here's how customers can log in:

• Existing accounts: Customers who know their password can continue to log into Tapcart as they normally would.
• Status accounts: If customers have only used Status's passwordless feature or cannot remember their password:
  1. Opt for "Forgot password" within Tapcart.
  2. Input the email affiliated with your orders.
  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to establish a new password.
  4. Return to Tapcart and sign in with your new password.

FAQs

I keep requesting a code, but it won't work. I received an error message stating, "The code you entered is incorrect.”

These may be two different devices. Customers need to enter the code on the device they requested. For example, if you request a code on a desktop and then try to enter it on a mobile device, it will not work.
