Signed-in shopping drives loyalty engagement, personalization, and sending better emails. With that, driving more customers sign-in is paramount.

Beyond general sign-in rates (how many customers who placed an order in a timeframe use Status) we measure sign-in rates by segment e.g. driving more first-time customers to sign-in can help drive that second purchase, which is key for LTV.

Sign-in rates before Status

Upon launching Status, your onboarding manager will calculate your general sign-in rate, first-time customer, and repeat customer sign-in rate for the previous 90 days.

For example: 90 days pre-launch

General: 10%

Fist-time customers: 5%

Customers with ≥ 2 orders: 15%

Querying sign-in rates

Query customers in Shopify to measure sign-in rates for the previous 30 days. We recommend pulling sign-in rates for total customers, first-time customers, and repeat customers.
