Boost sign-ins and engagement with Status, allowing shoppers to sign in once for tracking, returns, and rewards, turning more touchpoints into signed-in shoppers. See our Integrations.

  1. From your Status admin, go to Settings.

  2. In the Integrations section, find the integration you want to enable and click Connect.

    Loyalty & rewards Include a 'Track Shipment' button on an order to track a shipment.
    Shipment tracking Include a 'Track Shipment' button on an order to track a shipment.
    Returns & exchanges Include a 'Start a Return' button on an order to initiate a return.
    Shipping protection Include a 'Report Shipping Issue' button on an order to report shipping concerns.
    Store credit Include a 'My Credit' button to show current store credit balances.
    Subscriptions Include a 'Subscription Settings' button for streamlined management access.
    Memberships Include a 'Manage Membership' button for convenient access to your subscription details.
  3. Complete the fields in the pop-up and click Save.

  4. After connecting, ensure to test and confirm that the integration is setup properly.
