OrderEditing is an app that allows customers to edit their orders. The Status & OrderEditing integration gives merchants the ability to add an 'Edit your order' button to the Order detail page and direct customers to that experience signed-in.

How to enable order editing:

Enable order editing from your Status Admin > Customer Experience.

Enable the OrderEditing integration in your Status Admin

  1. Ensure the OrderEditing app is installed on your store.
  2. From your Status Admin go to Settings
  3. Under Order editing, select the OrderEditing integration
