1. Set Up Customer Preferences

Preferences are the building blocks for your surveys. Set these up first.

  1. Go to your Status admin
  2. Click on Preferences
  3. Click Add preference
  4. Choose an option:
  5. Configure your preference:
  6. Click Save

Repeat this process for all the preferences you want to use in your survey.
