Customer experience
- When enabled, the option to Cancel your order appears within the order
- Order Editing allows customers to cancel & reorder. Allowing them to correct their initial mistake.
- Order Editing is available until fulfillment or within a timeframe. Allowing you to display the option to edit based on your fulfillment schedule. Once fulfilled or the timeframe passes, editing is replaced by tracking.
- Order Editing copy can be customized to fit your requirements.
- Once cancelled, “Buy it again” appears so that customers can reorder

Enable order editing from your Status Admin > Customer Experience.
