Multipass is a Shopify feature that ensures customer accounts in Status align with those in Shopify. Currently, Multipass is only available for users with Shopify Plus.

Create a Multipass secret

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Customer Accounts.
2. Choose Classic Customer Accounts and click Save.
3. Next, enable Multipass and copy the secret key.

Add your Multipass secret to Status

1. From your Status Accounts ****admin, go to Settings.
2. Input your Multipass Secret Key.
3. Click Save.
