With Surveys, you can now capture zero-party data from customers creating accounts. This is a powerful way to learn who your customers are & what they are shopping for.

Combined with our Klaviyo integration, Surveys will enable you to create personalized marketing messages & drive repeat purchases.

There are three ways for customers to interact with Surveys:

  1. When creating an account for the first time,
  2. When clicking “Complete your profile” on the home page of your accounts
  3. When clicking the Survey URL in email or text.

Considerations for using Surveys


Set up customer preferences

Before creating a survey, set up your Preferences if you haven't already. These preferences will be used as the survey answers. Currently, surveys only support Single Choice or Multiple Choice preferences.
